If your question is about an order you have already placed — where your parcel is, a tracking number, a delivery that has not arrived, a change of address, a cancellation, a billing or duplicate-charge query, or a refund under the 365-day money-back guarantee — that is handled by the official MindSilence store that processed your payment, not by this website. We are an independent guide: we do not take payments, hold order records, ship bottles or issue refunds, so we simply cannot look your order up.

Use those, and quote your order number and the email address you ordered with — that is what lets the seller find your purchase in one step.
